The Research Of R&D Project Management Improvement Of Bochen Company Based On Design For Six Sigma

The current auto market competition is intensifying; customer demand is becoming more and more diversified. In this background, many multinational automobile enterprises to actively implement localization strategy, research focused on domestic market demand in China, combined with domestic customer's aesthetic preferences and value orientation, to develop customer favorite car products. And the design of the product innovation, quality improvement and cost savings, mainly in the development stage has been decided. To meet the automotive market increased requirements, we must take new technology, new principles and new methods in the development phase. This is the application of six sigma design demand and the significance of reality.Based on Bocheng company as an object, to development of automotive wiper project as an example, discussed the design method of six sigma application in R&D project management. In this paper, based on extensive research of six sigma design literature, summarizes the classic method of six sigma design and development trend. From Bocheng development situation of company's development strategy, enterprise culture, research R&D project management present situation and so on several aspects, points out the existing main problems. This paper main body part based on the theory and methods of six sigma design put forward a set of R&D of project management improvement program?DFSS is an idea which according proper process, understand customer requirements with a correct way, make a robust design for new product/new technology/new process. The tools and technologies are included QFD, TRIZ, PUGH Matrix, FMEA and DOE.The solutions which discussed in this paper can be directly applied to R&D project management of related automobile company, not only can shorten the lead time, also can improve the reliability of products, reduce the quality costs, thus reduce the total cost of the new product project and achieved good results and benefits for the enterprise. And this paper introduces the R&D project management tools and methods, also has a strong promotion of significance.
