The Study Of Hefei City Innovation Index Monitoring System And Empirical

City is the basic unit of the country to participate in international competition and the incubators of various kinds of innovation activities. The construction of innovative city is the detailing about the construction of an innovative country in specific domain, specific area and specific category. Nowadays, most urban areas in our country have put forward the idea of building an innovative city. In this context, it is necessary to investigate Hefei's city innovation construction status and provide related recommendation and revelation to promote the constructing innovation of Hefei. This paper based on the Hefei soft science research project "Hefei innovation index statistics monitoring system research" as the background, studying around the current situation of the innovative development of Hefei.First of all, the paper summarizes research status of the City innovation index at home and abroad, expounds the concept of innovative city's connotation and characteristics, introduces the main influence factors of innovative city construction; Then, establish the monitoring index of Hefei innovation index statistics from 4 parts, the innovation foundation, the innovation input, and innovation performance and innovation environment through the analysis of the evaluation index of innovative city and expert consultation of current situation in Hefei. This paper defines the scope of statistics according to the practical situation of Hefei. The Hefei innovation index statistics monitoring index system have 4 first-level indicators and 28 secondary indexes. Then, we collected the data referred to index system of the indicators involved in. We analyzed Hefei's innovation development level, development stage, development model and radiation effects and conduct vertical and horizontal compared by using data from 2011 to 2013 in Hefei, and also analyzed and measured of Hefei city innovation index; Finally, this paper quantitative evaluation and comparison analysis the innovation level of six provincial capital cities in central using the DEA method. Through the above comparison and analysis, we grasp the situation and shortcomings of Hefei innovative city construction and put forward constructive suggestions.
