Wire and cable is a traditional industry in China, along with the sustained development of the national economy, especially in recent years, the rapid growth of real estate industry, wire and cable industry is developing rapidly. But since 2008, due to the emergence of the international financial crisis, industrial enterprises in Hunan Province has also been impact, cable orders reduced greatly; unit labour costs also increased; competition is fierce. It is very urgent and important that how to enhance GOLD CUP Electric enterprise competitiveness, expand sales, increase profits, improve customer satisfaction in this harsh environment ? Because of this, this paper is to research regarding the market marketing strategy management as the purpose, hope in reference to foreign mature theory and optimization of GOLD CUP Electric marketing innovation and management of a comprehensive and systematic framework.
