| With the further advancement of China's reform and opening up, the working environment of Customs is more complex, emergencies occured from time to time. How to improve the emergency management is an important issue placed in front of people. In view of this, this article thesis writing, clearly has important practical significance and theoretical value.The framework of this thesis, except "introduction" and "conclusion", consists of three main parts.The first part is "emergency management of the Customs related theory explanation". The first part defines the concept, the harm and influence of emergency events brought to the work of customs; then it expounds the meaning and characteristics of emergency management of the Customs; finally, it expounds the basic theory research on the emergency management of the Customs.The second main part is "examining the emergency management situation at the present stage of China's customs ". This part emphatically analyzes the main problems existing in the emergency management from five aspects of emergency plan after describes the Customs'emergency management mechanism and complicated situation.The third main part is "talking about how to consummate the countermeasures to the sudden event of emergency management in China Customs".
