The mechanical equipment will produce tiny particles in the process of wear and aging.These particles will exist in the oil system of the equipment,which will cause pollution to the oil system,and the polluted oil is very harmful to the engine.Most of these pollutants are metal particles,so a large amount of information about the operating conditions of equipment is included in the oil road system of the mechanical equipment.By obtaining this information,the state of the mechanical equipment can be analyzed in time,and then complete the prediction of the potential failure,so the maintenance of the equipment will be completed in advance.Therefore,analyzing the characteristic parameters of metal particles in the oil circuit system of mechanical equipment is very useful in evaluating the running status of mechanical equipment.This paper is based on the electromagnetic properties of metal particles in the oil,combined with the technology of the current source driven inductive sensor,proposed a method for measuring the abrasive particles of the double loop sensor,designed the hardware circuit of the abrasive particle detection system,and studied the extraction algorithm of the abrasive feature information.Through the debugging and analysis of the system,it can detect the ferromagnetic abrasive particles with a radius of 500 microns.The paper analyzes and deduces the internal magnetic field of the inductor sensor.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the measurement of three kinds of inductive sensors,designs a measuring scheme of the double loop sensor.By using the coupling relationship between the ferromagnetic particle and the double loop sensor,deduces the generation model of abrasive signal,which is the theoretical basis for the design of the detection circuit.According to the output characteristics of the abrasive signal,designs the abrasive signal detection circuit,including the design of DDS signal source module,the design of amplifier and phase shift module,the design of current source module,the design of differential circuit module design and the design of low pass filter module.The feature information extraction of abrasive particle mainly includes abrasive signal pretreatment,characteristic signal extraction of abrasive particles and the calculation of characteristic information of abrasive particles.First,designs the IIR low pass filter to filter the high frequency signal other than the abrasive particle signal.After that obtains the starting position and termination position of the abrasive feature signal by the endpoint detection algorithm.Finally,calculates the number of abrasive particles,the speed of the abrasive particles through the coil and the coarse grit size grade by a certain detection algorithm.Finally completes the test of the abrasive particle detection system,through the experiments verify the mathematical model of the abrasive signal,and analysis the influence of the size of the abrasive particles on the signal.
