Lubrication oil detection technology has become an effective method to supervise working condition of mechanical equipment.Oil testing technology has been a rapid development at present.Off-line monitoring technology has the hysteresis disadvantages,so off-monitoring can't meet modern maintenance's requirement.Online monitoring has a wide prospect to diagnose mechanical equipment,so online monitoring can overcome the shortcomings off-monitoring and has the advantages of fast response and good real-time.The sensor is an important component in lubricating oil on-line detection.This paper designed a kind of double容xcitation solenoid wearing debris sensor used for monitoring the wear particles in the lubrication oil.Mainly has carried out the follows work:(1)Optimization design of sensor.Double容xcitation solenoid wearing debris sensor carried on the detailed narration to the working principle of establishing the equivalent circuit model of sensor,using the software for the calculation of the mathematical model of the sensor,the relationship between the sensor output voltage and the relationship between the sensor structure parameters.Using genetic algorithm to complete optimization of sensor structure parameters and get optimal solution between structural parameters of the sensor and output voltage,design and production of the sensor.(2)Double容xcitation solenoid wearing debris sensor finite element simulation analysis.On the basis of the theory of electromagnetic field,combined with Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic field finite element simulation software,the magnetic coupling analysis was carried out on the sensor.Introduced the Ansoft software Maxwell model of sensor 2D model magnetic circuit analysis steps,got four 2D model of the sensor.Four sensor 2D model results are compared,On this basis,following analysis:1)On the sine excitation,relationship between amplitude and frequency of the excitation signal and sensor output voltage;2)In the case of other conditions unchanged,sensor output voltage in Iron grinding grain middle position of incentive coil1 and incentive coil 2 and induction coil;3)On the sine excitation,relationship between amplitude and frequency of the excitation signal and zero residual voltage;(3)Double容xcitation solenoid wearing debris sensor main circuit design.Designed sensor corresponding amplification and filter circuit,the application of Multisim circuit simulation software,the simulation results show that can achieve the desired effect.(4)Double容xcitation solenoid wearing debris sensor experimental research.On the basis,sensor prototype testing.Experiment mainly studies: 1)The output voltage changes with different type wearing debris such as iron and copper grinding grain;2)Sensor static characteristic research;The experimental results prove the validity of the simulation results and the mathematical model.The conclusions can for double容xcitation solenoid wearing debris sensor of the design and output characteristic analysis to provide reference suggestion.
