At present,in the field of coaxial cable production,there are currently no effective online monitoring methods for the quality of dielectric layer materials that occurs in the production process of coaxial cables in the actual production line.This dissertation is aimed at the quality inspection of microwave characteristics of dielectric materials for coaxial cable products.Invented a microwave measuring device and its associated monitoring software to build a non-contact real-time online monitoring and diagnosis system.In the production line,real-time monitoring,alarming and diagnosis of microwave characteristics of coaxial cable product dielectric materials.The designed microwave measuring device adopts the method of transmission line and can accurately reflect the changes in the microwave characteristics of the dielectric layer material of the coaxial cable product through the interaction of the coaxial cable product with the electromagnetic field in the transmission line.And it has a designed supporting monitoring software.Through automatic measurement data collection,data processing algorithm design and data analysis,to ensure high-speed and efficient real-time online monitoring of the products.Through the previous simulation optimization,the physical device was processed.Through tests in the laboratory and the company,a series of optimized monitoring methods were found out and the monitoring requirements for the coaxial cable products can be realized.Through a large amount of test data,the defects and deficiencies of the microwave measuring device are summarized.Based on the microwave measuring device,an improved measuring device is proposed.The main innovations of this article are:The whole monitoring process is non-contact,and the inspection speed is fast.It can be debugged and used on the actual production line,and does not affect the actual production efficiency and production process of the company.An optimized monitoring method is proposed,which mainly uses the distribution curve to judge whether it is good or bad,instead of just relying on a numerical threshold.This method has higher detection accuracy.To a great extent,this system saves labor costs and material costs,and will also greatly improve the product testing level of the coaxial cable production industry.
