This thesis builds an open,transparent,safe and credible anti-poverty appropriation platform based on blockchain technology.Blockchain technology has five characteristics: decentralization,collective maintenance,information certainty,openness and transparency,reliable database.Decentralization means that any transaction does not require the intervention of the third-party and establishes a trustworthy and secure transaction environment among individuals with zero confidence as their base.Moreover,any data on the blockchain will not be modified once it is generated.Therefore,with its open and transparent features,it is easy to implement supervision over all transactions.Based on above characteristics of the blockchain,the technology can solve many problems in the implementation of poverty alleviation policy while providing a safe,reliable,open and transparent trading environment for it.However,as an emerging technology,blockchain is underdeveloped.There are some problems in the existing blockchain applications,such as long transaction and confirmation time,low transaction throughput,and high bandwidth occupancy.Therefore,this thesis conducts an in-depth research on blockchain technology,and makes some innovation and optimization so that it can better integrate with the anti-poverty appropriation system.This thesis mainly optimizes the blockchain technology in two ways.The first point is that the traditional blockchain is a single-chain model.Only the transaction information is stored in the blockchain and before it is validated,it needs to be obtained and calculated.Therefore,a new chain model-associative chain model is proposed.A chain of accounts is added as the companion chain in the main chain of the transaction chain,which simplifies the information verification process and improves transaction efficiency.The second point is that there are problems within traditional consensus algorithms,such as excessive resource consumption,excessive bandwidth usage,and too long consensus.As a result,this thesis innovates and optimizes the current popular PBFT consensus algorithm,thus reducing bandwidth occupation,improving consensus efficiency and transaction throughput.
