Design And Implememtation Of A Middle Vocational Teaching Management System Based On B/S Model

With the deepening of the reform of the educational system,the number of students in secondary vocational schools is increasing,and the number of students is increasing.Faced with a large number of teachers and students,how to manage information resources and make full use of school teaching resources is the main problem faced by universities.The teaching management system is a professional management platform to realize teachers' daily work management and students' comprehensive performance evaluation.It is the focus of every school's work,and its quality is related to the quantity construction of the whole school.Only in order to adapt to the development of the school,the teaching management system has the flexibility,reliability and maintainability,so as to better serve the school teaching and improve the quality and level of running a school.With the promotion of modern science and technology,"information,network,standardization" is the inevitable choice of teaching management reform in secondary vocational education,and the trend of campus information and digitalization is the trend.Therefore,in order to improve the management level and achieve more scientific and efficient management,it is necessary to develop a software system suitable for our school's teaching management requirements.The software engineering design idea is adopted in the teaching management system developed by this project.The system has been studied in detail from the aspects of data acquisition,requirement analysis,feasibility study,overall design,system coding and system testing.In order to meet the needs of the management personnel to deal with mass data and meet the most extensive use system of students,the teaching management system adopts the structure of B/S(Browser/Server).The system development and design uses the NET system architecture.The function modules and database of the teaching management system are designed,and then the function of the module is optimized..Finally,the analysis and testing of the teaching management information system.The system not only reduces the cost and cycle of the system development,but also breaks through the limitations of the original teaching management system,and ensures the security of the key data,the rapidity,simplicity and convenience of the operation,and the virtuous interaction of the system,simplifying the maintenance and reducing the maintenance cost.The main features ofthe teaching management system developed by this project are as follows:1.The system has a perfect function and friendly interface.It has the following functions: the basic information management of the students,the management of the teaching plan,the management of the students' elective courses,the management of the class,the management of the students' achievement,the evaluation and management of the quality of the teachers,the management of the administrators and the maintenance of the system,and the powerful search function system.2.In addition to the functions of the general teaching management system,the system has also innovatively increased the students' feedback of teaching opinions,the evaluation system of teaching quality and the system of job evaluation.It also provides powerful report printing function,and can print the exported Excel or word electronic documents online.3.The system runs efficiently,and the query speed is fast.In the actual test,the average response speed of the system is less than 1 second,which is worthy of praise in the face of huge data processing.
