The core of electronic devices is the integrated circuit,which has been gradually into people's daily life with the development of the technology.As the support of information technology integrated circuit industry,many security problems have happened in recent years.Hardware Trojans designed to tamper the circuit functions cause a number of threats to IC products.After the security issues of integrated circuit widely followed,all sorts of Trojan detection method also try to make the Hardware Trojan detection from different methods.However,it has not yet formed a set of mature Hardware Trojan detection system.Research into the Hardware Trojan detection technology for information security is necessary,also is to have the practical significance.The current non-invasive for Hardware Trojan detection methods are mainly the logical test and side channel;the logical test method is not affected by the process deviation.However,the effective test vector generation is difficult,side channel test method of test vector into easily but greatly influenced by process deviation.In this diesertation,the research work on the Hardware Trojan detection methodology is mainly focused on the research and improvement of some more effective detection methods,techniques,and specifications,and combines various detection methods to complement each other to achieve better detection results.Start with two perspectives on the detection method of Trojan horses,and research four significant directions.Firstly,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing Hardware Trojan detection technology are studied and analyzed.This diesertation proposes that the advantages of several passive detection methods can be combined to improve the efficiency of the advantages and make up for the shortcomings of other detection methods.Secondly,advanced encryption standard(AES)circuit and the RS-232 as the research object,analyzes the physical design of integrated circuits for Hardware Trojan detection,by comparing before and after the layout of power consumption,time delay and other information,the research work of this diesertation indicates the correct direction;Thirdly,analyze logical test methods.Puts forward a new type of ascension Hardware Trojan internal nodes turn over the rate of an efficient method to generate test vector,makes the low turnover rate of the circuit under the test node average turnover rate of 50.8%?186.2%.Compared with similar methods,this method has two advantages:first,the design tor test(DFT)technology is integrated into the Hardware Trojan detection method,which is close to the application of engineering technology.The second is that the optimization of test vector can better support the side channel detection method and improve the overall reusability after other methods;Fourthly,research on side channel detection method.Based on the research of the side channel detection method,the diesertation puts forward a kind of large circuit by gating technology be divided into small module after comparing average maximum working frequency(Fmax)and dynamic current(IDDT)collaborative relationship between the side channel detection method,and use Mahalanobis distance analyzed.The AES circuit can detect the current deviation(CD)for ±5%(the maximum current deviation provided by the SMIC 13Onm CMOS library)the circuit can detect with the area of Hardware Trojan for more than 0.38%.
