With the rapid development of science and electronic technology,the miniaturization and wireless connection of electronic devices have become the mainstream.Modern miniaturized electronic devices,because of its wide application field,people have been more than satisfied with the wireless communication,but also began to focus on the wireless transmitting energy field,in order to achieve"wireless"thoroughly.Wireless transmission technology was first proposed to use solar energy to solve the increasingly scarce energy problem on earth.Later,with the development of wireless transmission technology,scientists began to pay attention to the feasibility of wireless transmission technology on miniaturization equipment to realize the real mobile devices.The system includes the launch and receiving parts,and the frequency is usually 2.45GHz.The band of 5.8 GHz has attracted extensive attention in recent years due to its small size and the overall efficiency of the 2.45GHz frequency band.In this paper,the author focused on the problem of rectifying efficiency at the receiving part,and designed a rectenna with harmonic suppression function worked in 5.8 GHz and a complete rectifier circuit.In this paper,firstly,the author Combined with the application of SIR structure in the patch antenna,a receiving antenna with harmonic suppression function in 5.8 GHz is designed.The antenna in the resonance point S11 is-32.36 dB,and the bandwidth is 120MHz,at the second harmonic S11 is only-2.5 dB,effectively restrain the rectifier circuit in second harmonic produced by rectifying circuit,well realize the traditional rectifier system under 5.8 GHz receiving antenna and lowpass filters in the performance of the merger,from eliminate antenna to filter,filter loss and improve two parts of the system efficiency,improve the efficiency of the rectifier.Then,The performance parameters and application range of HSMS-282x and HSMS-286x were emphatically analyzed.Select HSMS-286c to design a double pressure of rectifying circuit and optimized load and capacitor,after takes two impedance matching to compare and analys the rectifier efficiency,finally if the input power is about 12.5 dBm,the diode conversion efficiency can be 79.3%,rectifier circuit efficiency can be 78.8%.At this time,the load can obtain the dc output energy of about 3.76 V.This energy can meet the power supply needs of small electronic devices.Compared with the current 2.45 GHz single-diode half-wave rectifier circuit,this design improves the rectifier efficiency.The proposed rectenna has the characteristics of simple structure,small size,easy conformation,low cost and high efficiency.It has certain reference value in the wireless transmission technology of miniaturized equipment.At the same time,the antenna is suitable for array,which provides a new idea for the unit selection of rectifying antenna array.
