Radar data processing is an important part of modern radar systems.It mainly includes point cluster,track initiation,target tracking,and multi-target association.It is processed by receiving original point after radar echo through signal processing,obtains the target states such as position and speed,and finally forms the target motion trajectory.With the continuous innovation of modern informatized warfare weapons,radar technology and its system have been continuously improved,and correspondingly higher requirements have been put forward for radar data processing systems.The data to be processed is becoming more and more complex,and the amount of data is increasing.This makes it necessary to speed up radar data processing.This thesis takes radar project as the background,and makes following research work around the algorithm and implementation of radar data processing:First,the traditional point cluster method is not efficient in the complex environment,an improved point cluster method using GPU at the distance is proposed,which significantly increases the speed of operation and enhances the real-time processing.Second,The research and simulation comparison of the logic method,the modified logic method,the Hough transform method and the modified Hough transform method in the track initiation.The basic principle,system model and observation model of the track filter are studied.Detailed analysis and Matlab simulation of Kalman filter,Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)and Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF)were performed.The Near Neighbor Data Association(NNDA)algorithm,Probabilistic Data Association(PDA)algorithm and Joint Probabilistic Data Association(JPDA)in the track association algorithm are studied,and single target and multiple targets are simulated and analyzed.Third,based on the above research,this thesis completed the radar data processing terminal software including data transmission,point cluster,track initiation,track filter,and radar display.The software is developed on the Qt development platform,introduces the design of the system and the detailed design of each module,and gives the experimental processing results.The processing result shows that the software can track and display the target stably,and the various functions meet the requirements.
