Research And Application On Detection And Analysis Technology Of Heart Rate Based On Cloud Platform

With the development of internet and the pervading of medical knowledge,an increasing number of people begin to concern about their health.The heart rate,as one of the most essential physical parameters,has become the focus.Nowadays,the heart rate detection and analysis equipment,designed on the Android platform,are very popular with people because of their convenience.However,these Android equipment still have some deficiencies,such as their insufficient computing capacity,limited storage space and low security.In order to solve these problems,this thesis focuses on the studies of the heart rate detection and analysis method and introduces a new heart detection and analysis system,which is based on the cloud platform and designed by combining the Android research and development technology,the expert system technology and cloud storage technology.As follows are idiographic researches:1.The new system in this thesis uses Median filter,Butterworth filter and FIR filter to deal with the baseline drift,electromyography,frequency interference and any other interference existing in the electrocardiogram(ECG)acquisition;and takes QRS wave detection for the preprocessed ECG data by using the differential threshold method.All of these make it possible to accomplish the calculation of heart rate.Using MIT-BIH database to do simulation experiments for the involved algorithms in this thesis,the results show that these algorithms have great practical value.2.Using the expert system,developed by ERESYE,to realize automatic analysis of heart rate is the highlight of this thesis.The automatic analysis of the expert system objectively shows the user's heart rate and effectively avoids the factitious misjudgments.Using MIT-BIH arrhythmia database to test this method,the results show that the automatic analysis can be accomplished by this method.3.The new system in this thesis gives a new designed cloud storage framework based on the PostgreSQL cluster,Riak cluster and HBase cluster for users to store data,which solves the storage problem and security troubles in the equipment designed on Android platform.This cloud storage framework has great extendibility,transferability and high security.
