Sleep activity is one of the most basic human life activities.Physiological information during sleep can reflect the health of a person's body.With the increase in social activities,social pressure increases,insomnia and sudden death of sudden death of sudden illness occurs,the demand of monitoring the activities of sleep becomes more and more intense.Traditional sleep monitoring is monitored by invasive hardware devices that are similar to patch electrodes or other components which are in direct contact with the human body to collect human physiological information.Invasive monitoring methods will make users discomfort,affect the quality of sleep and monitoring results,and have great limitations.Aiming at the limitation of current sleep monitoring mode and sleep physiological information analysis algorithm,this paper designs a non-contact realtime sleep monitoring system.The system realizes the monitoring of sleep through the micro-sensitive mattress,provides the data for the real-time monitoring of sleep and the later sleep quality analysis,which provides a scientific and effective way for remote sleep real-time monitoring.In this paper,we study the adaptive calculation method of heart rate and respiratory rate.The algorithm firstly preprocesses the collected somatic signals and outputs the body motion markers by body motion determination algorithm.The heartbeat and respiratory signals are separated by different filters.And then estimate the frequency of the heart rate and the number of respiratory rates by using the extended algorithm to eliminate the data redundancy and improve the accuracy of the algorithm.This provides sleep physical data support for real-time sleep monitoring.This article designed to build a concurrent server and back-office equipment management system.It provides a platform for sleep physiological data analysis,storage,early warning and hardware terminal equipment management,and realizes real-time remote monitoring of sleep.Concurrent server based on Netty that is an open source framework development,designed a safe and reliable sleep data transmission protocol.Backstage equipment management system uses SSH2 that are open source frameworks and BootStrap which is a front-end development technology,to achieve the equipment management,server and client settings and other basic functions.The entire system design provides a scientific platform for real-time sleep monitoring.
