Design And Implementation Of Production Management System In First Steelmaking Plant

With the construction of company informatization project,TISCO has entered the era of knowledge economy with the core of information technology,information resources has become a strategic resource as important as material and energy,information technology has become a booster to promote the development of enterprises.After the technical transformation of the First Steelmaking Plant in TISCO,the production capacity and production accuracy of the equipment will reach the first-class level.In order to improve the management level of the factory,automatic collection of production data from each process,through the system control before and after the production rhythm,to achieve production and close integration,precise control requirements,the First Steelmaking Plant decides to develop production management system.This paper introduces the requirement analysis,design,implementation and test of the production management system in the First Steelmaking Plant,specific modules include production plan management,production performance,production cost management,quality management,interface management,technical standards management and so on.Through the implementation of the project,the production management and control of all production lines in the First Steelmaking Plant have been realized.The production management system in First Steelmaking Plant adopts the distributed and multi-level software architecture technology based on VS.NET architecture to develop the system.The front is developed by C# language,and the background uses PL/SQL language.Most of the business development is written in the background,greatly reduces the workload of development.At the same time,it uses Rational,Rose,PowerDesigner,Viso and other tools for system design modeling,SubVersion is used as the version control tool,and NUnit2.5 is used as the system unit testing platform.The database uses 11 G ORACLE,and the server adopts double machine backup mechanism and so on.The production management system in First Steelmaking Plant serves as a bridge between the ERP system and the various L2 systems,and builds an integrated and comprehensive IT solution.It combines the production management process and the business management process of the First Steelmaking Plant,and meets the production process from production orders to unit production planning,implementation,product quality inspection,material tracking,cost accounting and so on,and realizes the generalized closed loop control of the whole process of production technology and process,and optimizes the logistics,information flow and capital flow of TISCO,so that the whole production process can be optimized.
