Data collection and transmission occupies an extremely important position in the life and industry,but the traditional wired data transmission can't meet the requirements,installation of wiring is difficult,but also requires a lot of human resources management,aging line and a series of problems,so the wireless data transmission has become a reasonable alternative.But at present the wireless acquisition methods have some shortcomings for a wide range of complex shade environment,so this topic research put forward a new kind of large scale data acquisition transmission scheme,wireless ad-hoc sensor network data acquisition system based on 433 MHZ,which can solve the deficiency of the traditional wired data collection and transmission,and overcome the disadvantages of the current wireless data transmission distance is too short and penetrability is not strong,and the combination of the Internet to achieve the data storage and monitoring.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following four parts: the data acquisition part of the 433 MHz wireless ad-hoc network,the computer gateway part,the cloud server part and the web data visualization section.This paper focuses on the overall433 MHz wireless ad-hoc network part,first of all,The existing various wireless technologies are analyzed in the thesis,summing up their respective features and applied field,and analyzing the advantages of the 433 MHz wireless technology.Then,the overall structure design of the system is carried out,and the wireless networking scheme of the system is introduced and selected,the functional modules are divided.Third,the wireless ad-hoc network system is simulated with the game engine,verifying the feasibility of the design scheme,at the same time,the reliability of the simulator is demonstrated by simulating broadcast algorithm.Fourth,we compare and select the microprocessor and 433 MHz wireless module used in this research,and design the hardware circuit of the collection node of the wireless ad-hoc sensor network,and complete the circuit design of each functional module.Fifth,programming of the system software,wireless ad-hoc network node software,realize data acquisition and transmission among the wireless network nodes,the PC software gateway,realize the acquisition data networking by connecting the nodes and server,server software,store data to the database,and provide data request server for web,the web data visualization,provide the dynamic display of data and monitoring for users.Finally,the system function of each part and the whole test experiment are carried out,realizing the basic requirements of the system,and the experimental results show that this study based on 433 MHZ wireless ad-hoc sensor network system can complete the acquisition and transmission of long range data effective and reliable,especially in the complex shade environment has a unique advantage.
