With the deepening development of simulation technology and the increasing requirement of virtual environment design,virtual environment design towards the more reasonable,standard,comfortable direction.Especially for the narrow,functional multifarious work place,should pay more attention to the humanized design.Chosen the virtual cabin,this paper improve the cabin environment design and layout more human-centered,by evaluating the virtual human in virtual cabin environment.In this paper,starting with the factors influencing the virtual human activities,applying the man-machine-environment system engineering theory,modeling of virtual cabin,and constantly improve and improve in the process of simulation,finally achieved the 3D environment model of the virtual cabin.In this paper,on the basis of the virtual human joint DOF model,completed the virtual human hierarchical model and virtual human parametric model design,and achieved the construction of virtual human parameterized model through the technology of DELMIA secondary development.Evaluating to the virtual human is an important process of measuring virtual environment design.Due to the diversity of environment design,as well as the polymorphism ofevaluation scheme,it is hard to judge the design scheme is good or bad,in general,it is based on the designer's experience to evaluate.This paper designed comprehensive assessment process and comprehensive assessment index system for virtual human,and established the evaluation model based on index weight,combining with the RULA assessment method,completed the virtual human comprehensive assessment work.This paper developed virtual human modeling and simulation system based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,DELMIA platform,and completed 3D simulation modeling of virtual cabin environment in DELMIA system.Combined with the comprehensive assessment model design in this paper,we can have a practical application in the real production and living.These research will also offer new ideas an methods to virtual environment modeling and simulation,the comprehensive assessment of the human body and other fields.
