Study Of Mobile News Application Quality Improvement Based On QFD

With the development of Internet technology,the popularity of smart phones and other electronic devices,and the change of people's reading habits,the environment of media development is constantly changing as well.The traditional media are experiencing increasingly fierce competition while more and more new media are rapidly developing.Everyone is trying hard to adapt to the new environment.They develop and launch all kinds of news information products to gain more reader resources and expand the communication channels,especially the mobile channels that can meet the needs of real-time browsing news and information of the users.Therefore,it will be very meaningful to study the readers' demands so that the producers can develop high quality news information products.This paper focuses on the mobile news applications which are rapidly developing among various types of information products.This paper collects and sorts out readers' demands by issuing questionnaires and then using QFD and AHP to do multi-level deductive analysis for the demands to determine their importance degree.Next,we build a quality house to find out the technical measures which are used to meet the readers' needs.Establish the correlation matrix of readers' demands and technical measures,by which we analyze the importance degree of each indicator affecting the quality of the product.So we can figure out the key requirements of product quality improvement,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for developing a high-quality mobile news application product that meets the readers' demand and have market competitiveness at the same time.
