With the rapid development of manufacturing and warehousing industry in China,the demand for human handling and sorting has increased rapidly,and the cost has gradually increased.At the same time,the automated logistics technology represented by the automatic guided vehicle is developing continuously.It is an inevitable choice to realize the automation of logistics in factories and warehouses.In order to replace the factory and warehouse in a large number of people handling logistics tractor,forklift pallet and shelf work,this paper designs a heavy load storage automatic guided vehicle chassis.Chassis design is one of the core technologies of AGV.This paper focuses on the design and analysis of the chassis structure,mainly completed the following work:The research and application status of automatic guided vehicle at home and abroad and the application status of forklift pallet and multilayer shelf are expounded.The overall performance parameters of AGV are confirmed for pallet and shelf.According to the requirements of operation mode and performance parameters of the AGV,a variety of AGV gear train structures which can realize omnidirectional walking are analyzed,and the gear train layout of two wheel differential drive type is selected.Lists a variety of differential wheel drive train structure type and analysis of advantages and disadvantages,in the research and development of a AGV is used in heavy-duty chassis structure,the load distribution ratio to the driving wheel and the auxiliary wheel,solve the heavy AGV body mass is too large,driving ability and braking ability the problem.Based on the force analysis and kinematics analysis of the developed chassis,the relationship between the diameter change of the driving wheel and the load is studied.A realtime load measurement method is proposed and applied to the calculation of actual equivalent wheel diameter.In order to improve the accuracy of AGV control.According to the chassis structure scheme and load measurement scheme of the AGV,the prototype is designed and the real vehicle test is carried out.Through the above theoretical research and the specific chassis design,the same weight of the AGV to achieve more heavy load and higher running accuracy.
