Research On The Cyber News Communications Anomie And Its Governance In The Range Of The Marxism Journalistic Viewpoint

With the help of technology,cyber news communications as a new mode of transmission,has sparked an unprecedented revolution in the history of communication.It promotes the development of dissemination enterprise,but also creates a series of confusions,such as,netnews inaccuracy,irrational network consensus,frequent internet infringement,the infiltration of western ideologieal form Internet and so on.It is imperative to establish a healthy and orderly cyber communication order guided by scientific theory,to ensure cyber news communications works in accordance with regulations.Marxism journalistic viewpoint is Marxist classical writers' system view of the news dissemination and news media operation,has an important role to direct,govern and standardise network news communications practice with irregular issue curring frequent.Research on the cyber news communications in the range of the Marxism journalistic viewpoint,which not only develops Marxism journalistic viewpoint in new communication trends but also tackle the anomie problem in practical needs.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part mainly analyses and reviews the main content of Marxism journalistic viewpoint from five aspects: news authenticity,party spirit principle,correct direction of public opinion,journalistic team building,social benefits priority,to find theoretical basis and guiding significance for network news communication.The second part defines network news communications,anomie of network news communications,and three transmitters of cyber news communication who involved in anomie of cyber news communication including online media,cyber journalist netizen.On this basis,then combines with cyber news communications practice,sums up the features of cyber news communication and typical manifestations of the anomie.The third part,analyzes the reason of anomie in many ways from the bad effects of cyber news communication,the absence of network supervision legal system,the penetration of Western ideology by Internet,online media and journalists self-construction scarce,netizen views of journalism backward and lacking of media literacy.The fourth part,according to the General Secretary XI Jin-ping Series of Important Speech,puts forward five pieces of measures to govern the anomie of cyber news communication from strengthening the implementation of the rule of law,promoting ruling the network by law,strengthening online media self-construction,building a contingent of high-quality cyber journalists cadres,strengthening the views of journalism and media literacy education for the netizen,building Internet power,promoting media convergence.
