Design And Application Of The Measurement Management System In An Oil Refining And Chemical Factory

The measurement management system is an important part in oil refining and chemical factory information system.The measurement management business,longitudinally is the management and verification business of measuring instruments such as temperature,pressure,volume,quality,physiochemical and geometric quantity of the factory subordinate units,and horizontally is the data management business of refining and chemical production process including crude materials into the factory,tank storage and transportation,unit processing,components blending,product out of the factory,jointly completed by many departments such as measurement,marketing,storage and production,especially being important to centralized management of trade measurement information of accessing-leaving the factory and internal mutual supply of raw materials,products and energy.Therefore,the informationization of the measurement management business has important practical significance.Realizing informationization will make measurement management more normalized,standardized and refined,providing strong measurement assurance for production and management of the factory.Based on the successful experience of domestic measurement business informatization,this paper puts forward the research objectives and tasks of the project according to the existing problems and modern management requirements of the factory.Based on B/S three layer architecture,using ASP.NET,Oracle and OPC technology,this paper has completed the research work of the measurement management system including requirements analysis,overall design,system module design and implementation,system testing and system application.The system assembles such management functions as measurement data,measurement monitoring,measurement equipment,measuring scales,being more strong applicability,maintainability,extensibility,friendly interface and easy to operate.By integrating data resources of MES information system,this paper has finished informationization coverage of business such as material metering,energy metering,measuring instruments/meter calibration,scale management,achieving the measuring business “transverse to the edge,longitudinal to the end”of information management.
