Design And Realization Of Patent Reward Review System Of Gansu Province On Virtual Platform

Using computer and “Internet+” technology and by development of ASP.NET,patent reward review system of Gansu province logically layered the tasks and data according to principle of high cohesion and low coupling of the system,which further improved the expansibility and maintainability of system meanwhile decreased the dependence between data and operation.Data base SQL server can provide better management of data structuring during the application process of the platform,making participants and experts involved in review and evaluation work manage and operate the system data in an easy and convenient way.Meanwhile,with the rapid development of cloud computing market,more SMEs transfer their business applications on the framework of cloud computing.In conformity with such tendency,we shall deploy the patent reward review system in the environment of virtual product on mature server,conduct resource adjustment and support operation of reward platform by flexible management,distribution and dispatch of cloud management platform.This paper takes realization of development project of patent review system as object,adopts ASP.NET and SQL server after analysis of system demand,outline design and specific design,has realized that review experts can log in expert online recommendation system to fill in their personal information,providing experts resource for following-up review work;has realized the formatting and standardization of patent data in patent reward application system filled in and submitted by application unit and personnel;has realized the rapid and accurate review of application material conducted by management personnel of patent reward in formal examination system;has realized accurate and strict selection of participating experts in experts selection system during the review meeting;has realized the simple scoring of programs given by review experts in preliminary assessment,reassessment and final assessment system;has realized accurate and rapid scoring calculation finished by backstage management system when each round of review ends in site review;has realized subsystems deployment of patent reward review on virtual server,simple configuration of data base server and convenient system maintenance;has realized deployment of virtual platform and system operation environment;and has realized stable operation of patent reward review system guaranteed by system test.
