The role of a patent usually means that an enterprise or individual discloses the working principle and technical characteristics of its product technology in exchange for the disclosure of product technology protection.With the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic and foreign markets,most enterprises need to face the opportunities and challenges brought by patents.Countries around the world guide domestic enterprises to strengthen the protection of the working principles and technical characteristics of their products through various forms.,and then improve its own core competitiveness,so patents have become one of the key elements to measure the innovation ability and innovation level of enterprises.Enterprises can protect their own interests and set up multiple obstacles for newcomers to the market by making forward-looking and relatively complete patent layouts for their own products or technologies,thereby consolidating their market positions.If latecomers want to break through these obstacles and gain corresponding market share,effective patent evasion and innovation has become an unavoidable and practical problem that must be overcome.In view of the shortcomings of the existing TRIZ-based patent evasion methods,combined with the analysis of the existing product technology life cycle,this paper conducts functional modeling for the technical features in the product claims,and then mainly uses tailoring tools to reduce the necessary technical features.,and then apply TRIZ-related problem solving tools to solve secondary problems,construct a systematic and effective patent circumvention method,and apply the circumvention method to the patent circumvention and innovation of VR(Virtual Reality)omnidirectional motion platform products.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems of the existing TRIZ-based patent evasion design,and then combines the analysis of the existing product technology life cycle to construct a patent evasion method based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of the claims.Secondly,combined with the VR omnidirectional motion platform,the components that conform to the component definition are extracted by analyzing the technical features of the claims of the product patent,and then the functional model based on the technical features of the claims is established,and the necessary feature components for its structural innovation are defined,and then the application The clipping tool clips these necessary feature components.Then,reconstruct the trimmed functional model and obtain a series of innovative design solutions;then,through causal chain analysis,contradictory problems are constructed for the series of innovative design solutions,and these problems are solved from different angles using TRIZ related problem solving tools,so as to further obtain the effect.Better innovative design solutions.Then,for the series of innovative design schemes obtained above,the evaluation method combining logistic regression analysis method and four-quadrant evaluation method is used to conduct comprehensive evaluation analysis and prioritization,clarify the preferred scheme,and put it into the market through TRIZ related problem solving tools.Innovative design solutions with a low success rate should be re-innovated.Then use the infringement judgment principle to determine the scheme infringement of these preferred schemes,and then analyze the preferred schemes with low infringement risk and extract the common key feature components,and use the TRIZ related problem solving tool to re-evaluate the preferred schemes with high infringement risk.Innovative design,and then carry out specific parameter design for these common key feature components,so as to obtain a detailed parameter design scheme group with low infringement risk and few secondary problems.Finally,according to the detailed parameter design scheme group of these common key feature components,the simulation program of solid works is used for simulation analysis,and then the optimal parameters and the optimal comprehensive effect design of each optimal scheme with good deformation coefficient are clarified.In the best case,go back to parameter design or innovative design for secondary design.The patent evasion method based on the analysis of the technical features of the claims is used for patent evasion and innovative design of the VR omnidirectional motion platform,which can improve the success rate of patent evasion and the efficiency of extracting necessary technical feature components.This method mainly solves the common problems encountered by products in the process of innovative design,can be applied to product innovative design in different industries,and can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of innovative design.
