Due to its small size,low power consumption,low cost and easy integration with processing circuits,micro inertial devices have been widely used in consumer electronic products and low precision military fields.However,weak signal and susceptible to environment of micro inertial devices result in low accuracy.That greatly limits its development prospects.Aiming at this problem,this paper designs a driving control scheme for micro inertial device based on intelligent control technology to realize drive control while suppressing the error caused by changes of ambient temperature and external disturbances.Finally,the performance of micro inertial devices is improved.The specific research contents are shown as follows.1.Dynamic Characteristics and Error Sources Analysis of Micro Inertial Devices.The working principle of vibrating silicon micromachined gyroscope and resonant silicon micro-accelerometer is clarified,and the kinetic equation is established.At the same time,the mechanism of quadrature error and temperature error of vibratory silicon micromachined gyroscopes,nonlinear error and temperature error of resonant silicon micro-accelerometers are analyzed.2.Driving Scheme Design of Micro Inertial Device.This paper introduces the frequency control loop and amplitude control loop of micro inertial devices,which are commonly used in typical drive control scheme.On the basis of above,a new drive control scheme is formed by chosing phase locked loop as the frequency control loop and designing the amplitude control loop based on the intelligent control technology.In addition,this scheme suppresses temperature errors and external disturbances.3.Design of Nonlinear Controller.The merits of the micro inertial device drive control scheme designed in this paper is mainly decided by the performance of the controller.Nonlinear control is the basis of intelligent control.Considering temperature errors and external disturbances,a sliding mode controller and an adaptive sliding mode controller are designed to realize amplitude control.The response of the new scheme and traditional scheme to the temperature are studied via simulations.That verifies the ability of new scheme to suppress errors.4.Design of Intelligent Controller.The nonlinear controller is ‘upgraded' to an adaptive fuzzy sliding mode controller,which achieves amplitude control and suppresses temperature errors and external disturbances.What's more,in order to ensure fast convergence of error,a fast convergence adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control strategy is proposed,which shortens the convergence time form 0.5ms to 0.3ms.
