Elastic torsion drive widely exists in the ship's water supply and drainage system,anchor handling system and transmission system,the torsional vibration of elastic torsion drive produces can produce huge impact on the normal work of the ship.Besides high precision machine tools,steel rolling system in the field of civil,high-precision disk and textile machinery,and even the present rapid development of robots are there is a close contact and elastic torsion driver.To study the related quality turn,helps to solve the problem of torsional oscillation of elastic drive,can effectively improve the accuracy of the flexible mechanical equipment.Due to the huge volume,complex working environment of ship equipment,is not convenient to daily study,therefore,in this paper,the elastic torsion of the actual system to simplify.In the process of research through the choose experiment equipment set up a convenient to experiment in the laboratory research of quality torsion experiment device.The mechanical parts of the experiment device is mainly composed of dc motor,with the quality of the transmission shaft,torsion spring,and the incremental photoelectric encoder of the four parts,the control part is mainly composed of power supply module,CPU module,motor driver module X20MM2436 CP1484-1 receiving module and encoder X20DC1976 the four major components.In this paper,modeling by mechanism modeling and experiment both got the System simulation model respectively,the experimental model mainly used is the System Identification toolbox of MATLAB System Identification Too l.And also to get in the Simulink simulation model to compare the two different,and on this basis,the design for the common PID control system for the quality of reverse device,nonlinear PID control system and trap PID control system simulation experiment,test the control effect of different control algorithms.In Simulink,on the basis of experimental research,using AS4.2 software design of the common PID control system,a nonlinear PID control system and trap PID control system respectively in the b uild more quality torsion experiment device,to test the actual control effect,at the same time also verify the accuracy of the modeling and simulation.In addition to the control effect is more intuitive,this article also wrote a special grade software on the system of the step response of the rise time,overshoot and steady-state error evaluation and score.
