Application Of Personalized Recommendation Techniques In E-commerce For Textile And Garment Enterprises Based On Software Component

In the background of informationized society, more and more textile and garment enterprises adopt e-commerce systems. Due to the speciality of the textile and garment industry, the e-commerce systems for this industry generally contain huge amounts of commodity information. Therefore, it's been a big problem for the further development of this sort of e-commerce that how to extract usable information from "the huge information pool" and provide them for different users according to their various interests.As a kind of software sytem, e-commerce system also faces the challenge of how to enhance the efficiency of softwares development, improve the robustness, decrease the cost of softwares maintenaince and maxmize the general usability and reusablity.To solve these problems, this paper's main research work includes:1. Combined personalized recommendation with e-commerce system, providing the main features of automatically tracking user's behavior , analyzing user's interests and actively recommending commodity information. Moreover, based on comparing several sorts of personalized recommendation algorithm and analyzing the speciality of textile and garment industy, the author choose the "cooperation-based filtering" as the main algorithm of personalized recommendation and put foraward several solutions to the problems of "sparsity" and "cold-start".2. To improve the reuse of softwares, the author took software component technology into the development e-commerce systems, puting forward a practical component-based software development pattern based on the domain analysis of the whole e-commerce system.3. Based on the practical component-based software development pattern, the author created several components according to theprinciple of software component. One is called "Data Persistence Component', which can be generally used in e-commerce systems.
