The information of the antenna attitude is very important for the laying and optimization of the communication network.The research and development of a long-term monitoring of the antenna attitude information of thousands of small base stations in the city has important practical significance.After analyzing the characteristics of antenna detection,this paper designs a wireless attitude detection system based on ZigBee technology.Firstly,the state of the antenna attitude detection is analyzed,and the detection principle is described in detail in this paper.Then,the errors of the three sensors are analyzed and the mathematical model is established.Based on analyze of the advantages and disadvantages of the ellipsoid fitting algorithm and the correction compensation algorithm and the characteristics of the system.Finally,the algorithm of the initial correction and the post compensation of the accelerometer sensor are finally determined.Introduce algorithm that based on the ellipse fitting without external reference correction algorithm in detail,and analyze its advantages and disadvantages.On the basis of this,the improved least square method is put forward to fit the coefficients.When the electronic compass is in a state of non-horizontal,combined with the accelerometer module to compensate for its tilt error.On the basis of the above,the hardware design of the main modules of the acquisition system is designed based on the magnetic hmc5883 l sensor,acceleration sensor adxl335,pressure altimeter bmp180 and JN5168.Based on the JenNet-IP protocol stack,the design of the software part of the acquisition system is realized.The design of the remote monitoring system is realized by using Labview,and the wireless transmission and monitoring of the antenna attitude monitoring is realized.In this paper,the calibration experiment of the sensor,the compensation effect in the horizontal plane and the compensation experiment under the tilt state are also carried out to verify the validity of the algorithm and the feasibility of the system.The experimental result shows that the acquisition terminal module of the antenna down tilt and roll angle measurement error in the range of 1 degree;in the 30 ~ ~ + 30 DEG of slant range,electronic compass each other after compensation angle detection error is less than 1.1 degrees,which can meet the system requirements.
