Due to the vital significance of the detection and simulation of human body's movenment in domains of diagnosis , movement capture, man machine project , recovery project and bionics, this paper is main to introduce one kind integrate micro detect device using MEMS sensor (accelerometer and magnetometer)There are four kinds of human body motion attitude detection mode, infrared detection, data clothes and data glove, electronic photograph, and MEMS sensor. Considering from the cost and convenience, MEMS will be the best choice. According to the development trend and demand of medicine information in recent years, this project aim to providing digitized and intellectualized method for the child Cerebral Palsy'clinical diagnosis and recovery treatment by researching Cerebral Palsy clinics function digital system which realized body motion attitude description uniformity, stable and diagnosis parameter quantifying describes and solving the body motion attitude quota description method.This article carries on the description of principle on the MEMS sensor's attitude detection system, introduces the system development principle base on multiple sensors. As computating distance through the acceleration sensor measurement data and computating angle between sensor and earth magnetic field through the magnetometer sensor. Then computating neighboring body's angle according to simplify three degree_of _freedom body mathematical model. Analysis error aim to the magnetometer unorthogonal, sensitivity inconsistent and zero drifts problems, using the biggest error compensating method to reduce the affect of error; Analysis error aim to the accelerometer fixed deviation and random error, using the software revision method and the random error model revision method to reduce the affect of error.The paper analyzes the movement of human body model and gives the advantages and disadvantages of ordinary human model and description method of rigid body attitude. It establishs simplified body upper limb three degree_of_freedom model, derivates the body angle formulas in detail, and explains theory relations among formulas. In system overall project design, the article gives the system structure drawing, the hardware platform schematic diagram and the partial key software routin code. The article uses in MATLAB toolbox's V_Realm Builder software to develop the virtual human body upper limb motion simulation, realizes the online examination motion attitude data off-line simulation analysis through the visualization.The experiment proved that the equipment can dynamic detect body's movement information, and simulate quickly under the virtual environment. The research explored the new method, new mentality in present detection of body attitude which provide the actual basis for this system application in the project practice.
