| In recent years,the demand for product quality has been increasing highwith the rapid development of economy.Quality detection by manual or by traditional can not meet the demand of industry.Nowadays,the color select technology has become a hot pot of researching,along with the improvement of digital hardware and image processing technology.In this paper,the image acquisition and recognition technologies in the color sorter has been studied deeply,and a color selection systemhas been designedbased on linear CCD color image sensor for detecting a set of particles which moving at high speed.A design of image acquisition and processing system based on field programmable gate array(FPGA)has been proposed.It has completed Image acquisition hardware system and image recognition algorithm based on FPGA.The thesishas designed aimage acquisitionsystem based on a color linear CCD.Through the analysis of the demand for color sorter,a high-speed color linear CCD image sensor TCD2566 BFG,a CCD signal processing ship AD9822 and a Cyclone III series FPGA chip EP3C10E144C8 N are employed to complete the conversion of image optical signal to digital signal.And a parallel GPIO interface has beendesigned for transmitting thedigitalsignal to an external processing system which can display image and storage data.Though the analysis of separation material'scharacteristics,the thesishas designed the object sorting algorithm based on HSV color space.First,MATLAB is employed to analysesthe image datatoidentify color characteristics of the target object.Furthermore,according to the colorcharacteristics,aobject sorting program is implemented to achieve the object recognition,object position estimation,and spray valve command.This thesis has completed the design of the color sorting system based on linear CCD,and has carried on the system simulation and the whole machine test.The experiment results indicate that the system has reached the expected goals,which laid a foundation for the development of color sorter. |
