Radar electronic countermeasure technology is highlighted in the position in modern war.Efficient electronic jamming technology and anti-jamming technology have become the research focus.Range Gate Pull-Off jamming is not only an important jamming form in radar countermeasure technology,but also one of significant threat to modern radar.So it is necessary to research it further.To simulate and research the technology of Range Gate Pull-off jamming and Range Gate Pull-off anti-jamming,the echo signal of the target shall be simulated firstly,which means the radar emission signal shall be firstly confirmed.In this paper the time-frequency characteristic and fuzzy function of simple pulse signal and linear frequency modulation signal and phase code signal are introduced,and obtain the advantages and disadvantages of different types of signals.Finally combining the target model and parameters,echo signal is generated by the algorithm simulation.At the aspect of radar jamming technology,the paper introduces delay transpond method and frequency shift transpond method as two Range Gate Pull-off jamming methods,then it analyzes the theory of this two jamming methods and makes a simulation aiming at them.At the aspect of radar anti-jamming technology,this paper proposes recognizing the Range Gate Pull-off interference by echo size broadening and gate velocity,and confronting by front and trailing tracking and partial tracking sequential processing method.The results of simulation proof the effectiveness of the algorithm.
