Research On Design And Analysis Method Of Redundancy Ring

The satellite communications market is a competitive and rapidly evolving one.To better adapt to the market evolution,the payloads have additionally increased in size and complexity.Therefore,when the amplifiers break down,the select of redundancy ring solution,which was previously achieved manually by engineers,has become hard,error-prone and time consuming.Many technical constraints have to be satisfied and several operational objectives have to be reached.For instance,minimizing the number of channel interruptions is of interest,as they impact the provided services to the customers.A new efficient optimization technique to solve this challenging optimization problem was proposed in this paper,and this technique can help engineers to make decisions.Firstly,the design and drawing platform of redundancy ring,which could simplify the design process of redundancy ring,was implemented with the using of Qt signal and slot mechanism and the graphical view framework.Then,the model of redundancy ring was realized with the adjacency list in graph theory,a redundancy ring analysis method was proposed based on recursive search with backtracking.By saving all the feasible solution,and finding the optimal solution according to the objective function,the optimal scheme of redundancy ring switch could be obtained accurately with this method.Finally,for larger redundancy ring,a redundancy ring analysis method was proposed based on genetic algorithm.The switch position information was integrated into the chromosome by integer coding,and the genetic operation of biological evolution was imitated,and obtained the switching scheme according to certain stopping conditions.Combined the redundancy ring drawing platform and two kinds of analysis methods,the paper implemented the complete redundancy ring design and analysis software(Ring).The software can quickly and easily achieve the design of the backup ring,and help engineers choose the best switching scheme.
