With the drastic increase in satellite network traffic and the diversification of network service types, satellite bandwidth has already turned into a scarce resource. Reasonable allocation and control of bandwidth resource are of great significance for improving users satisfaction with the network service and optimizing the overall performance of satellite systems.Under the background of voice service in military satellite networks, a novel algorithm of bandwidth resource allocation based on cooperative game is designed. Firstly, a model of bandwidth allocation based on cooperative game is given. An access control policy taking the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements as the constraint condition is designed. The penalty function is introduced as the mathematical basis of the control policy. Then the existence and uniqueness of Nash Bargaining Solution (NBS) are proved, and the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm to solve NBS is given. Finally, the dissertation presents the implementation procedure of the proposed algorithm and runs the simulation software to evaluate its performance. The simulation results show that the cooperative game model and the allocation algorithm proposed in this dissertation improve the efficiency and fairness of bandwidth allocation, and force users to compete bandwidth resources in accordance with the actual needs.
