With the continuous development of China's high-speed railway,China's high-speed rail technology has been world-class level.Therefore,with the continuous expansion of the railway road network coverage,China continues to put forward high-efficiency,high-quality,and safety technical requirements and standard systems for railway construction projects.This has also promoted the continuous development of digital transformation of China's railway engineering.At the same time,the railway surveying project is the cornerstone of the high-speed rail project,and its basic theory,technical means,and mapping tools have entered the information age.As an important railway surveying and designing units in China,China Railway First Survery And Design Institute(CRF-SDI)undertakes a large number of survey and design projects for high-speed railway lines,and its projects cover a wide range from domestic to Southeast Asia and even other parts of the world,so the quantity of data involved in the field survey of the high-speed railway is very large and extremely complex.As a result,create a railway information system which is based on the software project method and the cloud service technology is necessary.And the system is combined with railway measurement content,features,and management models for measuring and managing raw data.The data management information system(data-MIS)enables efficient and orderly management of large amounts of raw data on various projects,and can accurately input and output data in a real-time and stable manner.Eventually,the purpose of creating the data-MIS is to achieve integrated management for CRF-SDI.Compared to the previous manual management,the advantages of using the data-MIS to manage the surveying and mapping of the original data can be reflected in many aspects including efficient query,big data,service stability,timeliness,and scalability.According to the requirements of the CRF-SDI,this thesis designed and implemented a data-MIS based on the B/S framework,and achieved a system which satisfies business requirements and standardizes data storage rules.It can greatly ensure the timely storage and circulation of data and improve the quality and efficiency of the surveying project.In addition,the system is deployed on the cloud server and integrates cloud messaging technologies and security services,which not only improves the maintenance efficiency,but also increases the system's scalability.The main tasks of this thesis are as follows:First of all,this thesis makes an investigation and analysis of the technologies involved in this development including the characteristics of the B/S architecture and the ASP.NET MVC,and gives a detailed description of the advantages and disadvantages of them.It also expounds the great advantages brought by cloud service.Then,according to the business requirements of CRF-SDI,the system was analyzed in terms of functionality,non-functionality,and feasibility.Then an architectural model of the field's raw data management system was built.And the design of the system database is completed on the basis of demand analysis.Next,this thesis designs the system's functional modules for system users,functions and permissions,and business processes,and designs detailed functional of each module.Finally,according to the system design results,complete the system code.In order to ensure the stability of the system before the system goes online,the system is tested and the test conclusions are given.
