Research And Implementation Of The Unified Data Publishing Protocol In Health Monitoring Big Data Platform

In recent years,with the rapid development of the information technology such as the big data,the cloud computing,the mobile internet and the internet of things,the studies of the health big data application appear constantly,which has caused the wide attention of the society and achieved good results.In these studies,different authors achieved good results by choosing different priorities and using different technologies and different development tools.But,there are still faced with many challenges in the collection of the health big data,the storage of the health big data,the management of the health big data and the publishing of the health big data at present,especially from technical challenges.Therefore,in order to promote the construction of the health big data,we still need to study more detailed problems in the field of the health big data.In order to promote the construction of the health big data,it is necessary to build a unified standard to regulate the development of the health big data industry.This paper introduced several characteristics of the health monitoring data in big data environment.After we analyzed the architecture of the health monitoring big data platform and the typical application process of the health monitoring big data,we designed a unified data publishing protocol in the health monitoring big data platform,and provided some unified data publishing rules and data accessing interfaces for other applications based on the health monitoring big data platform,which makes other applications based on the health monitoring big data platform can obtain the health monitoring data from the health monitoring big data platform in a unified way.Specifically,first of all,according to the basic data sets of the urban and rural residents' health records,which is put forward by the ministry of health,we established a health monitoring data sets.Then we organized the data sets of the health monitoring data items in a tree structure,and established a health monitoring information database.We described the data by the ASN.1 grammar specification and solved a problem of the data representation.We used the BER encoding solution to solve the problem of data coding in the transmission process.Secondly,after analyzing the way by which the health monitoring big data platform provided the data to other applications,we designed two kinds of publishing data services: one is the service of data querying,the other is the service of health status warning.Then,according to two kinds of publishing data services,we completed the detailed research on the protocol operation command,the structure of the protocol messages,and the specification of the interaction process between the client entity and the server entity,etc.Finally,according to the demands for the health monitoring data transmission in the health monitoring big data application scenario,we chose to use a kind of transmission mode based on TCP protocol,and use the Socket communication technology to realize the data publishing protocol proposed in this paper.The data publishing protocol provided some unified data accessing interfaces for all kinds of applications based on the health monitoring big data platform,and through the experiment we can prove that the unified data publishing protocol realized two types of data services successfully.The protocol can not only provide software support for the health monitoring big data platform and application development,but also can shield the heterogeneity of client devices greatly.It also can provide a new way of thinking to obtain a breakthrough discovery in the field of health big data.So it is meaningful.
