Since self-service terminals are widely used in all walks of life today,it is imperative to improve work efficiency and quality,reduce labor cost and offer convenient and better self-services to customers,especially in the financial sector.Self-service terminals have now been widely used in our banking industry.As requested by tax authorities,banks have to attach their special seals to bank receipts before giving them to their clients.Usually,the seals are affixed by man.This thesis studied a dozen of domestic banks in order to find out how they deal with to-corporation-business receipts.By analyzing the state quo of these banks in processing receipts and existing technologies used for this purpose,the thesis presents an automatic seal-stamping system,which can achieve strict synchronization of the seal stamping speed and the print speed.The single paper jam rate is not higher than 0.01 percent,a technical indicator highly difficult to meet.The printer here is able to print receipts of different specifications and figure out whether printing paper is available.It also has a failure warning function.The system has passed fatigue test and is running smoothly.It achieves synchronization of the seal stamping speed and the print speed,and is able to affix a maximum of 300 seals per minute,with paper jam rates not higher than 0.01 percent.Seals can land exactly at the specified locations,and their locations are adjustable so as to meet different print requirements for bank receipts of different specifications.Paper gradient errors are within one millimeter.The automatic seal-stamping technology developed by this thesis can replace manual printing,stamping,sorting,delivery,and other repeat and tedious work,simplifying business process and addressing many subsistent problems,such as heavy workload,low work efficiency,high labor cost,and high repetition.Besides of self-services,the automatic seal-stamping system also provides good stamping results and convenient safety management,ensuring both safety and authority of seals.It is of theoretical significance and utilization value for banks to deal with to-corporation-business receipts.Meanwhile,it enriches technological accumulation of banks,which will help them choose applicable printers for their self-service terminals,and lays great technological foundation for better and smart match of the seal stamping speed with the print speed of different printers.In the last,this thesis shows research results on modules used in the automatic seal-stamping system and related application examples,which confirms all functions of the system can work well in an electronic receipt reversion machine,and verifies the portability of the technology as well.
