With the rapid development of information technology and the digitalization of social life,the use of computer equipment and electromagnetic equipment is becoming more and more extensive,and the electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complex.The electromagnetic leakage signal of computer system and the unintentional leakage signal of some key scientific research units will be a major threat to information security.This article introduces the design of a electromagnetic leakage test system based on virtual instrument technology.The system uses spectrum analyzer as testing instrument,and uses electromagnetic leakage testing system software to test the electromagnetic leakage of computer system and leakage signals under complicated electromagnetic environment.Firstly,this article introduces the theory and technology of the electromagnetic leakage testing system.Then it makes functional requirement analysis and performance requirement analysis according to the user requirements,and puts forward the overall design plan of the electromagnetic leakage testing system.According to the functional requirements and performance requirements of the electromagnetic leakage testing system,the overall design of the system is proposed.Secondly,this article studies the key technologies of the electromagnetic leakage testing system,that is,the electromagnetic leakage signal detection algorithm and the electromagnetic leakage signal denoising algorithm.For the signal denoising algorithm,this article starts from the wavelet threshold denoising algorithm to improve the threshold function.For the signal search detection algorithm,this article combined the advantages of the double-threshold energy detection algorithm and the new wavelet threshold denoisng algorithm and proposed a new wavelet transform combined with double threshold energy detection algorithm to prepare for the identification of leaked signals.An unintentional leak signal test method is proposed in this article to monitor the unintentional leakage signal.Then,this article uses the ANSI C language to complete the software development of the electromagnetic leakage test system based on the LabWindows/CVI software development platform.The system software development process uses the form of modular development,completed the user login management module,instrumentcontrol module,data acquisition,display and save module,data analysis module and database management module.Finally,the function test and performance test of the electromagnetic leakage test system are carried out in this article.The test results show that the electromagnetic leakage testing system designed in this article can meet the electromagnetic leakage testing and leakage signal monitoring tasks of the computer system,and the interface is beautiful,easy to operate,easy to maintain and expand.
