With the development of electronic technology, high power microwave devices continue to emerge, the signal of various types, frequency of hybridity exists in the earth’s surface, changeable, electronic warfare environment complex, how to extract the effective information in the electromagnetic mass of information, improve the effective probability of intercept monitoring system, has become a new subject in different countries in electronic reconnaissance field.This paper is based on the "electromagnetic environment monitoring technology", realize the monitoring of the background signal electromagnetic environment, puts forward the general technique scheme of monitoring system for electromagnetic environment, analysis of the specific design of each extension, and the extension module used in the described. This paper mainly discusses three kinds of monitoring method in the monitoring system of electromagnetic environment, respectively is the large dynamic high sensitivity receiver interference monitoring technology, signal parameter estimation and analysis technology of high precision and multi channel digital channelized filter technology. The paper discusses how to better suppress the intermodulation harmonious, clutter, improve the sensitivity and dynamic range, and the design of system noise coefficient, sensitivity, dynamic range to be described, we study several methods of all kinds of signal recognition and parameter estimation of frequency measurement in low signal to noise ratio in the field of digital signal processing, and how to instantaneous band multi signal separation, reduce mutual interference effect on the signal parameters measurement of the signal, and gives the realization of several schemes of multi channel digital channelized filter.Electromagnetic environment monitoring system in this thesis has achieved the engineering prototype, and has carried on the detailed functional and performance testing, test results fully meet the technical index requirements, at the same time in the outfield repeated reconnaissance test, allowing the system to be perfected continuously in the experiment, further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the monitoring system described in this paper.
