With the aging of our country,the medical resources are limited,telemedicine has become an inevitable trend.In people's lives,smart phones everywhere,smart phones with powerful data processing capabilities and display capabilities,the application of smart phones to telemedicine is the current research focus.In this study,the atrial fibrillation algorithm is implanted into the intelligent ECG analysis software,and the data are automatically analyzed when the ECG data acquisition is completed,and the atrial fibrillation is diagnosed.This paper introduces the design and implementation of the ECG software based on Android system.It includes two major parts: the realization of atrial fibrillation algorithm and ECG monitoring APP software design and implementation.Atrial fibrillation algorithm make use of atrial fibrillation occurs when the heart rate of complete irregular changes,the use of ECG signal 3 parameters to achieve the diagnosis of atrial fibrillation.After obtaining the ECG signal,the ECG signal was extracted by R wave peak point,and a series of RR interval sequences were obtained,then calculate the three characteristic parameters of the RR interval sequence: turning point rate,root mean square of successive differences and Shannon entropy.Diagnosis of atrial fibrillation by these three characteristic parameters.In this paper,the MIT-BIH AF database was used to verify the accuracy of the algorithm,resulting in a sensitivity of 94.95% and a specificity of 94.94%.Furthermore,through the database statistical analysis of the turning point rate,this paper proposes an improved atrial fibrillation algorithm,which achieves higher sensitivity of 96.19% and specificity of 96.27% by root mean square of successive differences and Shannon entropy.Finally,the origin and concept of the standard entropy were described.The results showed that the sensitivity was 96.44% and the specificity was 96.62%.ECG monitoring APP software mainly by the two functions,24-hour ECG measurement and 24-hour history ECG view.Software through Bluetooth low energy(BLE)connect to the band-aid ECG monitor,through a communication protocol to receive ECG data.After receiving the ECG data,the real-time ECG mapping,heart rate calculation,ECG data and heart rate data storage,atrial fibrillation detection,abnormal data upload server,lead \ SD card \ battery status judgment.After the measurement is completed,the user can view the detailed history ECG and heart rate curve in the history ECG function.After the APP is finished,this paper tests the running of the software under different Android versions and resolution phones,confirming that the software is robust and commercially valuable.
