Beijing,Tianjin and surrounding areas are the most serious areas of air pollution in China,and air pollution has become an important factor restricting regional economic and social development affecting people's health.Motor vehicle exhaust has become one of the main causes of atmospheric haze pollution.The state attaches great importance to encourage and support the promotion of the use of clean fuel vehicles as an important measure of energy conservation and emission reduction.Adhere to pollution reduction is a fundamental measure to improve air quality.Relying on technological progress and the use of clean energy to improve energy efficiency is a fundamental way to curb the trend of atmospheric pollution.Diesel engine technology-natural gas dual fuel combustion using natural gas instead of diesel over sixty percent as engine fuel is mature and reliable.It has obvious economic benefits and emission reduction benefits and has great role in promoting regional motor vehicle air pollution effective governance and regional economic transformation and development.The purpose of this paper is to develop a set of business management system which is suitable for the dual fuel vehicle modification process and using computer technology,network technology,database technology.The system includes the unique identifier of the key parts of the conversion process,the inventory management information and classification of various kinds of data conversion unit in the operation process of input print,query,statistics to lay the foundation for the dual fuel automobile inventory management,vehicle modification process recording,modification of key parts traceability.The system programming language is C# and the analysis and design method is object-oriented.The paper use Windows.Net platform as the development platform and SqlSever 2008 as the database.Visual Studio 2010 is used to development system.Meantime,the system uses a unified C# standard file naming,code format,notes and other coding standards.
