With the development of science and technology,especially the rapid development of computer technology,human society enters the era of knowledge economy and information.Library works as an information resource center,but manual management method is prone to lead to various errors,and it wastes manpower,material resources and financial resources.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the book management system to manage books and readers.Library management system realizes electronic library management by using information technology.Compared with manual management,computer management has many advantages that manual management can not realize,for example,it is fast in searching and collecting data,high reliability,vast storage,high security,long service life,cheap and so on.This paper discusses the development process of library management system for corporate library.First,analyze the present status of library management at home and abroad and point out the significance in developing book management system for corporate library.Then introduce the tools used when developing book management system.And thoroughly analyze the system demand and design the library management system.On consideration of the system safety,it sets up landing log-in permissions,users need to enter the user type,user name and password to log in.System could update the information of library management system at times to facilitate users to view the data while it is running.Finally,in consideration of the safety and code reusability of the system,SQL Server 2008 database is used to access operations in the system implementation,jQuery framework is used for the front script processing and C# programming implementation for each functional modules,what is more,it also uses the third party controls to increase the program's maneuverability.The system strengthens the supervision to the books,eliminates the imperfect of system management,improves the work efficiency and optimizes the library management process,it also has the advantages of powerful function,friendly interface,strong versatility and convenient in maintenance.This library management system of corporate library is very suitable for modern management.
