With the advent of WEB 2.0,the technology of the network information have been developing rapidly.Facebook,Twitter,Microblog and so on,as one of the most important part in Online Social Networks.people obtain information,express their views,the main channels and means of daily communication in online social networks.how to develop effective strategies to influence and control the information transmission in social networks become a hot research field of science.Therefore,we combine systems science,Internet technology,network topology,spreading dynamics theory and other aspects of the theory and ideas,analyzing the statistical characteristics of the information dissemination in online social networks.Then,this paper build the two information dissemination models from two dimensions of the network topology and transmission dynamics.Besides,we show some effective information dissemination control and optimization strategies,and provide some decision theory support for network information marketers and regulators in online social networks.Firstly,we analyze the information dissemination characteristics from the perspective of information dissemination,and explore the relationship between user connections,spreading propagation with the whole process of information dissemination.Meanwhile,we explore the principle of the dissemination of information from the perspective of user behavior in online social network.With the help of the research of the information propagation,we can understanding the information dissemination mechanism of social network easily.It makes contribution to build online social network information transmission model,and provides effective strategy of influence the spread of information.Secondly,we identify the important users from the social dimension of the network topology in online social networks,and then immunization and control these target users,influence the dissemination and diffusion of information in online social networks.In this paper,we propose a new measure of local importance of nods in directed networks based on out-degree and in-degree,called “cross-degree”,which is an extension of “degree” in undirected networks.Then,we present a novel algorithm to identify the center nodes in directed network using decomposition method like kshell,which called c-shell.The algorithm degradation to k-shell method in undirected network.Simulation results of epidemic spreading process on real network using SIR model show that c-shell decomposition algorithm can identify core nodes in directed networks defectively.Finally,we explore the influence of the activity of nodes and spread threshold on the information dissemination,from the perspective of spreading dynamics.Meanwhile,we build an information dissemination model based on node in activity online social network,and provide significance support for the development of control strategies of control information transmission based on spreading dynamics.In addition,we also analyze theoretically the impact of activity rate and infection rate on the final size of spreading dynamics,which is verified by numerical simulations.This work complements our understanding of spreading dynamics with active nodes and may be used to develop more feasible and more economical methods to control spreading dynamics.
