The Design Research Of The Umbrella-Sharing Service System Based On Service Design Theory

With the continuous popularization and improvement of intelligent network terminal and logistics system in the market economy,the social networking platforms have been springing up,thus promoting the rapid development of the sharing economy.Since the beginning of 2017,the competition between the bike-sharing of OFO and Mo Bai has become more and more heated,and there has been a new expansion in the areas of light assets such as sharing of rechargeable treasures and sharing umbrellas.At the same time,with the commercial economy continues to shift to the service economy,people began to focus on the quality of the service from the novelty and beauty of the product and whether the profit model of the service will be reasonable.The integration of products and services cannot be alone.Based on that,it becomes more and more important to study the application of service system design of sharing products under sharing economy,and it is significant to explore the replication extension of its mode.Through to the existing service design concept of literature and design practice,this paper presents the user's demand for sharing umbrellas in a specific environment and builds environment and character models;According to the method and principle of service design,the paper analyzes the target users,service flow and contact points of the umbrella service system,and it also draws the service blueprint of sharing umbrella service system and proposes the service strategy of sharing umbrella service system.In the end,this paper is to verify the previous theory by sharing umbrella project of Fu Fei Tong.The hardware design of the product is completed and the feasibility of the proposed strategy is verified.Through the study of the design theory of the service system of Shared umbrellas,it provides better theory and method support for the design patterns of other Shared product systems guided by the sharing economy.
