Research On The Maturity Of Achive Information Disclosure

With the strengthening of archives information disclosure,the "maturity"indicator is used to measure the degree of development of archives information disclosure in China.Based on the data collection of the first platform for archives information disclosure(ie,archives information website),evaluating the status of archives information disclosure in China is both of theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,Delphi method and AHP method are used to establish a four-dimension archives information disclosure maturity index system including public platform,public data,accessibility and safeguard measures.65 archives information websites of provincial capital cities in China are selected to obtain data.Finally we get 58 valid samples for statistical analysis.The research results show that the overall maturity of China's major archival information network is not high,among which,the public platform construction is lacking,and over 70%of archives infommtion websites do not integrate archive information into the government's government affairs website,and provincial level(city level)platform has not yet been established.Archive data is open to a unified platform.Public data,whether compared to the total number of collections or the absolute number of publicly available data,is seriously less than adequate.The access and direction of public information is poor,and the open system guarantees are insufficient.At the same time,the research shows that the maturity of archive information disclosure is not as high as the per capita GDP of the region and the government website,and the maturity of archive information disclosure is irrelevant to the degree of economic development and information development.It can be seen that the major obstacle to the disclosure of archives information in China is the low public will of archives departments.
