With the development of our society as well as the strengthening of China's national power,thousands of households step into a well-off life.Since that human`s demands towards the safety,comfort,convenience and reliability of housing are increased,intelligent housing comes into being.However,due to such reasons as high cost,complicated procedures and lack of agreed national standard,intelligent housing doesn`t step into ordinary family.Hence it`s extremely significant to develop a kind of intelligent housing control system which embodies such qualities as convenient operation,low price and so on.This paper proposes an intelligent housing control system which is based on PLC.The PID control algorithm based on BP neural network is adopted to the system.The combination of Kingview software and touch screen is adopted to supervising the upper monitor and the laboratory.The lower computer uses Siemens PLC to control the system and tests in the laboratory.Specific schemes are exhibited as followed:1.As for hardware,Siemens PLC S7-300 is used as the controller of system;2.As for software,SIMATIC Step7 Version5.5 programming software is used to implement the programme so as to come true the control of lower monitor`s temperature and humidity?light?curtain?gas leak alarm system?fault alarm system as well as manual and automatic switching system.As far as the design of the upper monitor,the Kingview is used to come true the display and operation towards relative temperature and humidity ? illuminance as well as the concentration of natural gas.3.As for algorithms,the PID control algorithm based on BP neural network is used to screen and calculate the collected statistic in order to increase the running velocity of the overall system as well as precision of mediation.4?As for human-machine interface in this paper,WinCC V7.3 configuration software,that can actualize the design of Siemens`s touch screen,is used to realize the real-time monitoring of the statistic in the whole room,afterwards to increase the security and convenience of operation.5?System measurement,the function of the overall system is under experimental testing in the laboratory,and the problems in-process are summarized and then corrected.
