Computer Aided Flow Chart Design Based On The Idea Of WorkFlow

At the same time, for adapted to changefully demand of market under condition of market economy, enterprise need improving produce efficiency, depressing cost, swelling competitive ability through adopted advanced pattern of management.Under such background, Workflow technology was advanced and it has been a huge development. At present, it was applied to different industry, depended on information technology, we can realize automatic operation for process base on manual work and the functions of computer, and can also realize different degree of automatization (manual operation, semiautomatic, automatic) for the management of operation by applied Workflow technology and Workflow management system that have well adaptability. So they gained abroad recognition.In this paper, the basic theory and main production of Workflow technology are introduced, the characteristic and shortage of Workflow production are also discussed. On the basic, we advance the flow chart design system which is based upon the idea of Workflow, and design the structure and functions for the system.The program of the system for flow chart design is developed on Visual Basic 6. 0 which is an excellent product of Microsoft Corp. And the program can be running on the WINDOWS environment. During the designing of software, the OOP method is adopted, and the technology of database is also used. The program ' s interface is attractive. And the program is designed to convenient for using. The system can manage the flow of technology besides drawing and editing the flow chart.
