In the past two decades,with the rapid development of computer science and communication technology,court Informatization construction has made great progress and the efficiency of the court has been improved comprehensively.To further improve Judicial Responsibility System for People's Courts and to promote the construction of the Smart Court,we need to use information technology and science to evaluate the trial performance of judges,so as to achieve standardized and systematic evaluation work.According to the actual application requirements of the judge's performance evaluation,this thesis designs and implements a customizable evaluation system which aims to evaluate judges'performance in a scientific,comprehensive,objective and fair manner.In order to provide a flexible evaluation system including index comparisons,index ratios and index weights,this design abandoned the traditional concept of simply relying on quantity addition so as to avoid a single quantitative calculation method and achieve standardized,scientific,and automated assessment work.On the technology choice,this design takes the object-oriented Java language as the main backend development language,takes the current popular Spring Framework as the main development frame,and uses the progressive frame Vue.js as the front-end view frame.The system has been launched in April 2018 and is used by all courts and departments in Tianjin.On the content structure:firstly,this thesis introduces the background of the judge's trial performance evaluation work,describes the main research content of the paper and briefly introduces the main technologies used in this project.Secondly,according to the actual application scenario,this thesis makes the overall planning and design of the project and divides the system into five sub modules:authority control,organization management,index management,index calculation and index traceability.Then this paper analyzes and designs every module,and on this basis,describes the implementation strategies and implementation details of each module in detail.Finally,according to the completion of the current project,the thesis makes a brief summary as well as a prospect.
