The Design And Implementation Of Performance Appraisal System For The People’s Court

With the increase of the number of judges and cases, it becomes more and more complex and diverse to do performance evaluations inside the court. Until now, the court collected data and calculated the results base on the performance evaluation standard by hand. In this way, the court has wasted a lot of human resource and working time. Also the accuracy of the data could not be guaranteed. This approach has been unable to meet the needs of the information construction of the court. Against this backdrop, this thesis designs and implements the performance appraisal system for the judges based on the actual needs of the people’s court. This system provides a series of service related to the working performance. Through this system, the process of the performance evaluation will become faster and more efficient. The system has been put into use. On the whole, it has met the main needs of the court, but there has also been some details that need to be maintained or developed.Overall, this performance appraisal system used MVC pattern based on JavaEE platform, combined with Spring framework and Hibernate framework. The front-end used HTML, CSS and JavaScript and so on. And then, Ajax technology was used for the communication of the front-end and background. The author was responsible for the design and implement of the background and Ajax code.At first, this thesis describes the background of the development of the performance appraisal system and thesis work. Then, the thesis introduces the technology used in the process of development. After that, the thesis describes the requirements analysis, overall design, detail design, implements. The requirements analysis mainly introduces the functional requirements based on the description of the court. Overall design introduces the main module and structure of the system. Detail design introduces the resolving solution of each module. Then, the thesis explains the details of the resolving solution. Atlast, the thesis gives a summary of the whole thesis and the future work of the project.
