Internationalization is an important direction of Hangzhou's urban development in recent years.According to the strategic requirements of world-class urban agglomerations and world-famous cities,Hangzhou has proposed to create a world-famous city with "unique flavor and uniqueness".This is not only an upgrade of the "Oriental Quality City" city brand positioning,but also a leading requirement for the internationalization of Hangzhou city brands and international communication strategies.The establishment of a well-known international organization is an important way to promote the internationalization of the city.The entry of international organizations can not only promote the integration of resources in the city,improve the international level of the city where the international organization is located,but also make it easier to create friendship cities and participate in international exchanges through international organizations.As the launching city,Hangzhou has established the "The Organization of World Famous Cities",which is extremely beneficial to the construction of Hangzhou city brands,the promotion of the city's image,and the assistance of city diplomacy.The design combs relevant urban theories,investigates domestic and international city alliances,and analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of Hangzhou's founding of the "The Organization of World Famous Cities".Based on this,the author investigates a large number of cities and filters out 15 cities(Not including Hangzhou)as a start-up member of the"The Organization of World Famous Cities." The design also create the organization 's overall framework and communication concepts,including the organization' name,slogan,location,function,organizational structure,communication concept,and the first year's scheme of inter-city communication etc.,aiming to promote Hangzhou's international transformation. |
