With the rapid development of wireless communication networks,people have increased the number of mobile devices and other electrical devices they hold,and the demand for wireless networks has become higher and higher.Currently used 3G/4G has gradually been unable to meet people's needs.5G mobile communication network has become a hot spot in current communication networks.5G networks need to have a higher transmission rate than 4G,have higher security,and improve spectrum utilization.For the research of 5G technology,massive MIMO technology has become one of the key technologies of 5 G Although massive MIMO can bring great system capacity and high transmission rate,due to the large number of antennas deployed at its base station,the difficulty of signal detection at the base station receiver is increased.Therefore,the detection performance of the signal detection algorithm at the receiving end of the massive MIMO system and the computational complexity of the algorithm are studied to find a signal detection algorithm suitable for a massive MIMO system.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the paper,and elaborates and illustrates the overall development of massive MIMO and the development of signal detection technology.Then from the V-BLAST system model to the MIMO model,and finally to the evolution of the massive MIMO system model.Then introduced the signal detection algorithms commonly used in massive MIMO--linear and non-linear signal detection algorithms,and introduced the detection principles of linear signal detection algorithms and nonlinear signal detection algorithms in detail,and performed the traditional MIMO system Analysis of simulation results under MIMO system.The simulation results of MATLAB experiment verify that the detection performance of nonlinear signal detection algorithm is better than the detection performance of linear signal detection algorithm.In the massive MIMO system,the detection performance of ZF and MMSE is similar,and the detection performance of the two nonlinear signal detection algorithms ZF-SIC and MMSE-SIC are similar.Then introduced the implementation principle of the serial interference cancellation algorithm,and improved the repeated sequencing and detection of the ZF-SIC algorithm combined with the ZF algorithm.The improved algorithm does not need to perform a sort operation before each signal detection.Need to perform a sort operation.The computational complexity of the improved algorithm is lower than that of the ZF-SIC algorithm.Finally,the simulation results show that the detection performance of the improved ZF-SIC algorithm is the same as that of the ZF-SIC algorithm.At last,the basic theory of Krylov subspace method and several algorithms of Krylov subspace method are introduced firstly.Then the Lanczos algorithm is combined with ZF algorithm according to the characteristics of the received signal at the receiver of ZF algorithm.The addition of Lanczos algorithm avoids the matrix inversion operation of the ZF algorithm and reduces the complexity of the algorithm.The simulation results of MATLAB show that the detection performance based on Lanczos-ZF-SIC signal detection algorithm is slightly better than that of ZF-SIC detection algorithm.
