The future bearer network is a network infrastructure capable of carrying network services intelligently,flexibly,efficiently and reliably.It can adapt to a large number of nodes and devices and support different types of services and applications.In the future,because bearer network has dynamic,scalability requirements,and it supports a variety of business types,the SDN based bearer network has become an important direction for future development of the network.At the same time,the development of emerging technologies such as mobile Internet,Internet of things,cloud computing and the like also sets higher requirements on the communication network.As a basic part of modern communication network,transport network is growing faster and faster with larger and larger data volume in order to meet the increasing demands of the business.However,in the important area of network planning and design that is of economic significance and social significance,the current research has not been further developed.On the one hand,the existing network planning tools are difficult to match the complicated actual network conditions due to the lack of in-depth research on operator network architecture and planning methods;on the other hand,under the pressure of more and more network resource data and more urgent planning needs,operators urgently need to improve their planning and design through informatization and intelligent technical means.The software defined network planning system focuses on the planning and design requirements of the SDN bearer network.The SDN controller is utilized to acquire the global view of the entire network,the network topology automatic acquisition and network resource abstraction capability.SDN control is extended to support the network dynamic construction,Network real-time evaluation,real-time distribution of flow table to complete the configuration,breaking the traditional network planning and design system limitations and deficiencies.As an innovative application platform that supports efficient transmission,software defined network planning system has very important research significance and application value for the future bearer network development.In view of the above situation,this paper discusses the related technical issues of SDN,proposes a software defined network planning system and realizes its functions.The main work is as follows:1.In-depth investigation of the development and evolution of the network,the key technologies required for 5G networks,existing problems in network planning and network planning related research.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the study of network planning.2.Proposed software defined network planning system(SDNP)program,detailing its workflow.System solutions include application layer,Software Defined Network Planning System Operating System(NPOS),physical facility layer,and north,south interface.According to the topology design module and performance evaluation module in NPOS,the north-south interface in the system gives a detailed design method.3.To achieve Software defined Network Planning System.Including the application layer of the North APP,NPOS and algorithm examples in Topology Design module.Firstly,the SDN controller is extended to realize the Topology Design module in NPOS,carry the MaxCCD LL-add policy algorithm and Dynamic Resource Allocation algorithm to do topology design.Secondly,the Performance Evaluation module is added for real-time network evaluation.4.The paper builds an experimental platform and realizes Software Defined Network Planning system composed of NPOS,Network Simulation tools and Northbound APP.By using two example algorithms,a complete network planning process is carried out for the national backbone network.Verify the system meets the requirements through the comparison of experimental data.
